Welcome Exhibitors!

The Atlantic Provinces Library Association (APLA) 2010 Conference Planning Committee invites you to this year’s annual conference which is to be held from May 13 - 15 inclusive at the Saint John Trade and Convention Centre, 1 Market Square, Saint John, New Brunswick.

The APLA conference is one of the most popular library events east of Montreal and draws a significant number of participants spanning the four Atlantic Provinces and beyond.  It is anticipated that over 175 delegates will be in attendance.

Exhibits

The Exhibits will be housed in the Marco Polo Room at the Saint John Trade and Convention Centre in the centre of conference action.  A detailed layout of space will be available soon.  The booth price is $400.  Each pipe and drape booth consists of an eight foot high back wall and two 3 foot high side walls; booth will contain one 6 foot dressed table, 2 chairs and  a 110 volt electrical outlet.  Wireless internet service is available at no additional charge.  Double booths are available at a cost of $750.  Wired internet service is available for an additional fee.

In addition to exhibiting at APLA 2010, we invite you to consider sponsoring or co-sponsoring luncheons and refreshment breaks in the exhibits area, workshops or a variety of social events.

To register for an exhibit space please proceed to the online Exhibitors Registration Form.  Space is limited so we recommend you register as early as possible.

Exhibitors are invited to take advantage of the APLA 2010 Conference rate at the Hilton Saint John, 1 Market Square, (506) 693-8484.  You can reserve your room online via the Hilton’s APLA 2010 website or by phone; when placing your reservation by phone please indicate that you are with APLA 2010.
